Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Your DTF Transfers uses cookies and similar technologies on yourdtftransfers.co.uk, what they do, and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

This website is operated by EHM Ltd, registered office 250 Boswell Drive, Coventry, West Midlands, CV2 2GW, trading as Your DTF Transfers.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage work in comparable ways. Together they allow a website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep your basket working and understand how the site is used.

Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties whose services appear on our pages, such as analytics or payment providers (third-party cookies). They may last only for your current visit (session cookies) or remain until they expire or are deleted (persistent cookies).

How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

Keep the website secure and working correctly
Remember the items in your basket and your progress through checkout
Remember your preferences and choices, including your cookie choices
Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
Support marketing where you have given consent or a valid soft opt-in applies

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as adding items to your basket, signing in or completing checkout. They also help keep the site secure. Because the site cannot work properly without them, they do not require your consent, and blocking them in your browser may stop parts of the site from working.

Examples include cookies that maintain your session, remember your basket contents, support the checkout and payment process, and record your cookie preferences.

Functional cookies

These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features, such as remembering preferences or supporting the artwork uploader and gang-sheet builder. If you do not allow these cookies, some features may not work as intended.

Analytics and performance cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting information on a pooled basis, such as which pages are visited and how people move through the site. This helps us improve how the site works. These cookies are only set where you have accepted them.

Marketing and advertising cookies

These cookies may be set through our site by us or by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant messages on other sites. They are only set where you have accepted them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These may include:

Our ecommerce platform, which provides essential shop, basket and checkout functionality
Payment providers, which help process payments securely and prevent fraud
Analytics providers, which help us measure and improve the site (analytics only where accepted)
Applications used for artwork uploads, the gang-sheet builder and product options

These third parties are responsible for their own use of cookies in line with their own policies. Non-essential third-party cookies are only loaded after you have given consent, and rejected tags are not reloaded through our applications.

Your choices and how to manage cookies

When you first visit the site, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, with Accept and Reject given equal prominence. Optional categories are off by default until you choose to enable them, and you can make choices at category level.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site, including the basket and checkout, from working.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no agreed industry standard for how websites should respond to it, so we rely on the cookie banner and Cookie Settings link described above to manage your choices.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date below.
