All orders are printed and dispatched from our Coventry facility. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your transfers reach you ready to press.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods or for large gang sheet and wholesale orders, production may take a little longer. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering at info@yourdtftransfers.co.uk.

Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom via tracked courier and Royal Mail services. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, though delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Any free or discounted shipping thresholds will be shown in your basket.

Local Collection

Collection is available from our Coventry facility at 250 Boswell Drive, Coventry, CV2 2GW. Select the collection option at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@yourdtftransfers.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always help resolve any issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
